When signing the registration form or sending the registration form with the online registration, the contracting partner accepts of the offer of IST International GmbH, in the following called IST International, and the contract comes about at registration date.
§1 Validity of the Educational Offers
The educational offers of IST International as a vocational institute for distance learning and education provide the participants with practical education and knowledge for their professional life.
§2 Contract Terms Diploma IST Courses
1. The registration form must be sent to IST International by the contracting partner.
2. After applying online, you receive one example study unit for free (worth 325 Euros). You are obliged to pay the course fee within two weeks after receiving your first book. The course fee of 1500 Euros includes all study books, administration, correction of assignment and exams, as well as your degree.

(A) 1. Alternative 1500 Euros minus 10% (=1350 Euros) is paid within two weeks after receiving your first free study unit.
(B) 2. Alternative 750 Euros is paid within two weeks after receiving your first free study unit, 750 after sending in your assignment successfully. Minimum two study units are needed to complete your degree. You can concentrate on sports or tourism or combine both. Each additional Module costs 325 Euros (440 US Dollars).
4. After sending the Home Thesis, the contracting partner receives the module study units, which the contracting partner had chosen and paid for. Furthermore IST International commits itself to correct carefully in particular the Home Thesis in adequate time, and to give those instructions to the course participant, which he needs by telephone or preferably by email.
5. The contracting partner can decide for himself, at what time he signs up for the two exams, needed to be passed, to receive the Diploma (IST) degree. When all terms are fulfilled according to the contract, the contracting partner receives the degree Diploma (IST).
6. The contracting partner is obliged to perform the agreed payment. When the contracting partner feels ready to write the exams, IST International is obliged to offer a possibility for these exams. If a participant fails one of the two exams a third time, he is not eligible to receive the Diploma (IST) degree.
Cancelation Policy
1. The contracting partner is allowed to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the first free study unit (worth 325 Euros).
2. IST International is then obliged to return the payment for the Module Study Units, the two Module Exams, and Home Thesis correction. An administration fee of 150€ remains IST International property. The bank fees for transaction are then paid by the course participant.
3. The contracting partner remains fee debtor of IST International. If course fees are not paid completely and are not on time, the course participant does not receive any study material and is not admitted to the final two examinations and receives neither certificate, license, certificate, nor Diploma.
§3 Contract Terms Three Month Training Program International (IST/CCI) Courses
1. The registration form for the Three Month Training Program must be sent to IST International. Latest 6 weeks prior to the start of the course.
2. The full payment for the Three Month Training Program International Sports Manager (IST/CCI) is to be transferred latest, 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.
(A) 1. Alternative 5500 Euros minus 10% (=4950 Euros) is paid within two weeks after application.
(B) 2. Alternative 2750 Euros is paid within two weeks after application and 2750 Euros latest 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.
4. All participants of the International program require an international insurance or insurance for abroad
5. All participants of the International program require a three month tourism visa for Germany, which they care for by themselves.
1. The contracting partner is allowed to cancel the contract prior to 4 weeks before the official course start. If the full amount of 5500 minus 10% (=4950 Euros) had already been paid, IST International is obliged to return 3950 Euros. If the amount of 2750 Euros had been paid by this time by the contracting partner, IST International has to right to keep this amount.
2. Once the course starts, the contracting partner can cancel the contract every four weeks, during his Three Month Training Program. The amount paid by the contracting partner is kept by IST International. The contracting partner receives no International Sports Manager (IST/CCI) degree.
3. The contracting partner remains fee debtor of IST International. If course fees are not paid completely and are not on time, the contracting partner is not allowed to participate in any IST International courses and is not allowed to live in the IST Campus Dorms.
§4 Change of Personal Data
The contracting partner and every participant of every course is obliged to forward to IST International every change of name, postal address, telephone number, and changes connected with his job (Student, Vocational Education, Workless, Job Change), as well as change of bank account.
§5 Contract
The contract between IST International and the course participant includes:
§6 Insurance
1. The course participant is not insured by IST International. Accidents during the course studies are not in IST International responsibility.
2. All participants of the International program require an international insurance or insurance for abroad.
§7 Copyright Study Books and Study Content
All Study Books including the Study Content are property of IST International and IST Study Institute. The Study Books and content are only to be used by course participants and are not allowed to be copied or to be passed on to others.
§8 Conclusion
If one of the paragraphs above is not effective for whatever reason, the other paragraphs are not affected.
